The problem

Most small businesses run on one spreadsheet that started simple and quietly became load-bearing. Invoices, clients, who paid, what's overdue — all of it lives in tabs that one person fully understands, and every entry is by hand. Folder OS puts a real system underneath, and the only interface you touch is a text message.

The system
